The Nokia X6 is another phone to take a long look at. Nokia seems to the be the king of smartphone choices. You get a choice of regular and a smaller sixteen gigabyte version of the X6. Let´s take a look at what you get for your money.
This is one Nokia that strikes you as being very well made. It is a handsome phone with colored metal accents on the top and bottom that set it off from the rest of the pack. Nokia calls this a “S60 Fifth Generation” smartphone. It certainly has too many features to list here. Some of the better things about this smartphone are the screen and the camera. The screen is a 3.2 inch ( 8.1 centimeters ) version and is thankfully a capacitive touch. It has a 640 by 360 screen resolution that is bright and clear. You have auto-rotate on this display for viewing the screen in portrait or landscape modes. This always comes in handy when cranking out a text or looking at a web page. The screen also can recognize your handwriting.
The camera on the Nokia X6 is very nice. It rates at five megapixels and has the high-quality Carl Zeiss optics to make your photos high-quality also. There is dual LED flash, a video light and you can geotag with the best of them. What is geotagging ? You can assign a tag to a photo based on where in the world you took the photo. The video camera section records at thirty frames per second. Not too shabby ! There is a secondary video camera that records at fifteen frames per second ( FPS ). You can edit the videos and show them on the television with the X6.
Nokia made the X6 with a focus on music. When you buy this phone you are automatically given unlimited downloads to the Nokia Music Store. The 32 gigabyte version of this phone can hold a lot of music, literally thousands of songs. Stereo speakers are included along with a 3.5 millimeter headphone jack.
Taking a look at the inside workings of the Nokia X6, you have a medium sized battery with a size of a 1320 mAh. This will give you around eight hours of talk time. There is a FM RDS radio. RDS will allow you to get extra information from the radio station while you are listening along with the music. The network connections are modern and plentiful and include HSDPA and Wi-Fi. The GSM is quad band for use pretty much anywhere in the world. The WCDMA is a good backup and is also quad band.
You can get this phone in white and blue, black and red and white and pink colors. The black and red is more stunning than the others. It is available in China, Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Latin America ( including Brazil ) and other locations. It is sold outright for just around $700 dollars. It will easily impress your friends and enemies when they see you with such a quality smartphone.
