The Sony Ericsson Vivaz is an amazing creation and has borrowed a little something from the Sony Ericsson Experia X10.

This handset is smaller than you can imagine and is a treat to handle however the back of the handset retains fingerprints. The Sony Ericsson is largely a communication entertainment phone and it is beautiful cell phone indeed.

The software CD is not needed  because the significant programs are preloaded onto your phone and is able to be installed to your computer once connect with the handset.

The phone display has16mln colors the image quality is very pleasing. The screen is somewhat curved inwards, resolution is 432×240 pixels

on the right side is the volume rocker and the camera shutter. The screen lock is on the top. The charger port is on the left side the Bluetooth comes with 3.5mm jack. The Sony Ericsson Aino is solid, well finished device. The lower part is an outstanding metallic coating.

Multimedia and camera

It is set with 8.1-megapixel camera with LED flash. The interface is totally controlled through its touch sensitive screen, Images are vibrant, both details and color are amongst the best we have seen an 8-megapixel. Its flash performs fairly well indoors.

The Sony Ericsson Aino captures videos at resolution of 640×352 pixels and 24 frames a second. They play quite smoothly, except the colors are a little thin and lack sufficient details. Overall, videos are fairly passable.

The same software may be used for synchronize music the audio playback was extremely impressive. The “touch-insensitive” audio player interface effortlessly changes appearance and has plenty equalizer options. The loudspeaker was relatively weak, but the music was clear and pleasant.

Performance:

The Sony Ericsson Aino delivers excellent in-call quality. During our tests the callers sounded a little monotonous, however still quite loud enough.

For a large screen cell phone, the Sony Ericsson Aino provides a good battery life. According to its manufacturer, the device should provide about 4.5 hours of talk or stay operational for over 300 hours on 3G networks.

Conclusion:

we get an excellent multimedia capability – excellent camera, fantastic audio quality from the Bluetooth hands-free also large screen which is ideal for videos now , the browser is pretty bad, your keypad is not user friendly and its touch-sensitivity screen is very limited, it also is highly priced. This is a good multimedia phone but unfortunately it had come out a bit to late in the year.  The marketplace has developed very fast making Sony Ericsson Aino looks quiet obsolete now at the end, of 2009.
