The sciphone Dream G2 was supposed to be the second phone worldwide and first phone out of China to come out using the Android openos, sadly many of us fell to sciphones tricky marketing and belived they would produce a real Android phone. Sadly the phone DOES NOT run on android, the people at sciphone have duplicated the look of the OS (only the look), so it simulates an Android interface.
